Today I'm showing some things I bought on my birthday. I didn't want to, but I was making time to have dinner and decided to go to Accessorize. I wasn't buying anything, but there were sales and it was my birthday, so I thought "What the hell, I deserve this". 

I fell in love with half the store but I narrowed it down to these small and delicate pieces that would easily fit in my summer wardrobe. It was great that I found this evil eye bracelet. I had been looking for one I could wear everyday and this is just perfect.

Hoje venho-vos mostrar umas coisinhas que comprei no meu dia de anos. Eu não queria, mas como estava a fazer tempo para ir jantar, decidi entrar na Accessorize. Não era para comprar nada, mas havia saldos e era o aniversário então pensei "Que se lixe, eu mereço!".

É óbvio que me apaixonei por metade da loja, mas consegui reduzir o estrago a estas peças. São pequenas e delicadas e super fáceis de incorporar no meu guarda-roupa de Verão. E foi fantástico ter encontrado esta pulseira com o olho do mau olhado. Já há algum tempo que procurava uma gira que desse para usar todos os dias e esta é perfeita.

Vacation Countdown - 28 Days To Be Home

H&M

Today I'm bringing you one of the bags I've been in love with this season ever since I saw it in a blog.I'm absolutely crazy over the pink and beige combination and also love the fact that it could totally be worn with a casual or a more put together outfit. I didn't get it when I saw it in the store, cause I thought the price might go down during sales. However it's under the new arrivals at the website, so I'm not sure whether or not we'll see its price reduced. Not that it is extremely expensive (€19.95), but the cheaper the better, right?

Do you like it? 

Hoje trago-vos uma das malas pelas quais me apaixonei, desde que a vi num blog já há algum tempo. Estou completamente louca pela combinação do rosa e do beige e também adoro o facto dela poder ser usada com o look mais casual ou mais arranjadinho. Não a comprei  quando vi na loja, porque estava com a esperança que entrasse em saldos. No entanto, no site ela está na secção de novas chegadas, por isso não sei se vamos ver o seu preço a baixar. Não que seja super cara (€19.95), mas quanto mais barato melhor, certo?

Birthday Countdown - 7 Days To 26

Asos

 I've been wanting one of these for a long time, but they were all too small for my hair and to wear with buns. This one actually looks big enough (yes, size does matter). I'd really love to try it. (Patiently waiting for it to go on sale.)

How about you? Do you like this kind of accessory?

Há já algum tempo que ando à procura de um elástico destes, mas os que via eram todos demasiado pequenos para o meu cabelo e para usar com coques. Finalmente, encontrei este que me parece grande o suficiente(sim o tamanho conta). Adorava mesmo experimentar.

Pastel & Lace

H&M

Sales season is pretty much over and this year I didn't get to buy a lot of things, but the ones I did were lovely. My favorite purchase of the season was this pale pink lace blazer from H&M. It's one of those special pieces that I could not not buy. I went to H&M to buy some jeans and was walking around the store in Chiado, Lisbon, when I turned around and saw  it completely out of place next to some winter coats. I raced (and I really did) to get to it and when I did I grabbed and refused to let go. I looked at the size hoping, praying that it was in my size...It wasn't. It was a 42 (UK and Ireland size 12 and USA size 8, I believe) and I'm a size 46...Despite that minor fact I decided to try it on and it fit! IT FIT! How I will never know! But it fits and I can button it and all! I guess miracles do happen when you believe!

It was €20 and I've only worn it once in Portugal, but I hope to wear it a lot during the summer. After all it ties well with the lace and pastel trends.

What do you think of it? And what about lace and pastels? Are you a big fan like me?

A época dos saldos está praticamente acabada e este ano não deu para comprar muita coisa, mas as coisas que comprei são mesmo fantásticas. A minha compra preferida da estação foi este blazer rosa pálido da H&M. É uma daquelas peças que não podia deixar de comprar. Fui à H&M do Chiado comprar calças de ganga e quando andava lá às voltas olhei para trás e vi-o completamente fora do sítio ao pé de uns casacões de Inverno. Corri (e corri mesmo), agarrei-o e já não larguei. Olhei para o tamanho, esperando, rezando que fosse o meu tamanho....Não era. Era um 42 e eu sou um 46...Apesar desse pequeno contratempo, decido experimentar e serviu! SERVIU! Como, não sei, mas serve e consigo abotoar e tudo. Acho que há mesmo milagres quando se tem fé!

Custou €20 e ainda só o usei uma vez, mas espero usá-lo bastante durante o Verão. Afinal casa duas das grandes tendências da estação, a renda e as cores pastel.

E vocês o que acharam? São fãs de renda e cores pastel como eu?

E já tiveram algum milagre nos saldos como eu?
