This street style inspired editorial immediately captured my heart and I've been meaning to post it for like 2 months and today is finally the day. Do you like it as much as I do? I gotta say that even  after this long, this is still number one when it comes to editorials this season.

Animals Are Everyone's Best Friends

Fall's greatest designs accompanied by one of God's loveliest creatures, dogs.

And since we're talking about animals, I urge you to sign a petition against cruel cosmetics (brands that test on animals) in the EU here. We can no longer say that humans are above all animals and that they are here to serve all of our wicked desires.

Oh and I firmly believe no animals were hurt or abused during the making of this editorial.

Os melhores designs do Outono acompanhados pelas criaturas mais adoráveis que Deus criou, cães.

E já que falamos de animais, peço-vos que assinem duas petições que protegem estes nossos amigos, a primeira contra a comercialização na UE de produtos testados em animais (assinem aqui) e outra que pretende alterar o estatuto dos animais na legislação portuguesa, para que estes possam ter uma maior protecção. Assinem aqui e vejam o vídeo de campanha aqui. Eu chorei o vídeo todo...

Acho que está mesmo na altura dos humanos entenderem que não estão acima de qualquer outro animal e que não nos podemos servir deles desta forma.

Don't know if you've noticed but I've been feeling very futuristic, which probably why I'm loving Balenciaga's new campaign (and collection of course) so much.

Não sei se repararam, mas eu tenho andado muito futurística, e talvez seja por isso que adorei tanto a nova campanha (e a própria colecção, claro) da Balenciaga.

Stéphane Rollande Couture F/W 2012-13

I don't know if I've been watching too much Star Wars (I have! I really have!), but this was my favorite Couture show. 

Loved the colors, the shapes, the capes, the shoes but mostly I loved that it brought us a little bit closer to the Sci-fi future that we've all been fantasizing about for the last century.

Não sei se tenho andado a ver demasiado a Guerra das Estrelas (Tenho! Tenho mesmo!), mas este foi o meu desfile preferido de alta-costura.

Adorei as cores, as formas, as capas, os sapatos... Mas acima de tudo adorei o facto de nos ter aproximado mais daquele futuro de ficção ciêntifica com o qual todos temos sonhado no último século.
